«Le petit Chaperon rouge» is the play by Joël Pommerat published by Actes Sud in paperback (44 pages, in French).
A theatrical update of the classic tale: a lonely girl crosses the forest to visit her grandmother and meets a wolf who regains his wild and enigmatic side. Pommerat offers a sober, profound staging that brings the fable closer to contemporary theater.
The French-language edition was published in 2005 in the Heyoka Jeunesse collection by Actes Sud-Papiers.
Aimed at readers of contemporary theater and young people who want to see classic tales from a modern perspective.
