«Le Rugby» is a children's book by Jean-Michel Billioud, published by Nathan in paperback (20 pages, in French).
The book explains rugby to the youngest readers: why the ball is oval, what a scrum is, and who performs the haka. The cover shows a match scene with the phrase «Le rugby c'est dangereux», and its humorous illustrations invite children to discover this team sport.
It is part of Nathan's Kididoc collection, number 42. Published in 2011.
Aimed at children who are starting to read and are curious about rugby, with a visual and question-and-answer approach.
