«Le Visage de Dieu» is the adventure comic by Daniel Desorgher and Stephen Desberg, published by Dupuis SA in paperback (48 pages, in French).
Jimmy Tousseul and his friend Schatzy try to convince the inhabitants of a village near a volcano to abandon it, a mission in which Father Grégor failed. The villagers trust the sorcerer's promises more than the missionary's warnings; the story drifts toward deep questions about African origins and culture.
It belongs to the series «Les Aventures de Jimmy Tousseul», of which it is volume 8. Originally published in 1995.
Suitable for young readers and for those seeking an adventure read with cultural depth.
