«Lecturas: Esto no es (solo) un diario» is the reading book by Patricia García-Rojo Cantón for 3rd grade, published by Grupo SM Educación in the Savia series (168 pages, in Spanish).
Erika, aged 8, tells everything to her tortoise Coliflor and writes a diary; Manu dreams of being a ship's captain and also writes his own. Through both diaries, the book brings together narrative texts, comic strips, poems, quotes and images on themes such as friendship, emotions, family, imagination or the universe, and adds a play to perform in the classroom.
It is part of SM's Savia project, a global method for primary education, as reading for the 3rd grade level. The edition is paperback, also described as flexibound, with 168 pages and published in 2014.
Designed for 3rd grade students and for teachers who want to foster the reading habit with short texts and comprehension questions.
