«L'épée de feu» is the seventh volume of the fantasy saga Le Trône de fer by George R. R. Martin, published by J'ai lu in paperback.
The Seven Kingdoms are exhausted: war has emptied the fields, epidemics ruin the harvests, and raiders roam everywhere. The Lannisters weave fragile alliances, Stannis Baratheon clings to R'hllor, and Robb Stark longs for his ruined fief; in the north, another threat grows while the powerful move their pieces.
The work is the seventh volume of the series Le Trône de fer. The 2003 French edition includes the translation by Jean Sola and 384 pages.
It is aimed at readers of epic fantasy who follow the Le Trône de fer saga and prefer reading in French.
