«Les aventures d'Ulisses» is the adaptation of the Odyssey by Rosemary Sutcliff, published by Vicens Vives in paperback (176 pages, in Catalan).
After the Trojan War, Ulysses returns to Ithaca. On the journey he faces the Cyclops Polyphemus, Scylla and Charybdis, and the song of the Sirens, while the suitors besiege Penelope. The Odyssey thus becomes a journey of learning where the hero's cunning and endurance prove decisive.
Second edition of the Clàssics Adaptats collection. The volume is completed with an introduction, notes, and activities.
Recommended for secondary school students and for readers new to the classics of Western literature.
