«Les Brumes d'Avalon» is the Arthurian fantasy novel by Marion Zimmer Bradley, in paperback (352 pages, French), published by Le Livre de Poche.
Under Arthur's reign, Britain lives in precarious peace. The ancient druidic cult of the Lady of the Lake clashes with the Christianity promoted by the Romans. Morgana, priestess of Avalon, and Lancelot, knight faithful to Guinevere, seek wisdom and love while the Grail looms as hope.
Second part of the French edition of «The Mists of Avalon», within the Avalon cycle; translation by Brigitte Chabrol.
For readers of epic fantasy and historical fiction interested in the legend of King Arthur.
Marion Eleanor Zimmer Bradley was an American author of fantasy, historical fantasy, science fiction, and science fantasy novels and is best known for the Arthurian fiction novel The Mists of Avalon and the Darkover series. She was noted for the female perspective in her writing, something before little-seen in sword and sorcery fantasy.
