«Les chemins de Nelson Mandela» is Richard Stengel's biographical essay, published by Michel Lafon in paperback (260 pages, in French).
Richard Stengel, a journalist for Time magazine, lived with Nelson Mandela during the South African democratic transition. From their conversations emerges a portrait that brings together fifteen lessons of life, love and courage: from the leader's childhood to his years in prison, with reflections on fear, adversaries and political decisions.
The book includes a foreword by Nelson Mandela and a translation by Joseph Antoine; the original work was published in English and this French edition came out in 2010.
For readers interested in biographies, South African history and leadership, as well as practical lessons in overcoming adversity.
