«Les colònies d'estiu» is the children's story by Adelina Palacín Peguera, Pilarín Bayés Luna and Assumpta Verdaguer Dodas, in paperback and in Catalan.
The story follows a group of children during summer camp. Aimed at early readers, it introduces letter combinations gradually: the volume works on medial consonant clusters and the letter combinations x, sc and l·l. The vocabulary and sentence structure increase in complexity little by little, with text in cursive.
It is volume 10 of the Primeres Planes collection, in its second edition of 2000; it has 32 pages.
Recommended for children from 5 years old who are starting to learn to read and write, with application in primary education.
