«Les Eaux Blessées» is the political comic by D. David, C. Cuadra and R. Miel, published by Parlement Europeen in paperback (40 pages, in French).
The story, told in panels, unfolds before a parliamentary hemicycle: on the cover, a woman in a red suit holds a book or folder while a legislative chamber is depicted behind her. The edition, promoted by the European Parliament, uses comics as a vehicle for institutional communication.
Published in 2002, it is a 40-page album in French in quarto format, framed within a communication campaign by the European Parliament.
For readers interested in European politics, EU institutions and comics as a tool for institutional communication.
