«Les Mystères de Pittsburgh» is Michael Chabon's novel published by Fixot in the Bleu Noir collection, in paperback and in French.
Young Art Bechstein, newly graduated, lives a decisive summer in Pittsburgh. Between the extravagant Phlox and the allure of the dandy Arthur, he embarks on a sentimental education that marks the end of his adolescence.
Chabon's first novel, written when the author was twenty-five. Translated from English into French by Marc Cholodenko.
A coming-of-age novel that will appeal to readers of contemporary fiction and to Chabon's followers.
