At the Château de Fleurville, Camille, Madeleine, Marguerite, Sophie and their three cousins enjoy a vacation of fishing, butterfly hunting and building huts. The calm is broken by the return of M. de Rosbourg and Paul, Sophie's cousin, whom everyone believed dead after a shipwreck; their tales of adventure give the vacation a new lease on life.
Third installment in the Fleurville series; the edition also includes «Histoire de la princesse Rosette», with illustrations by Félix Jobbé-Duval.
Recommended for child readers ages 6 to 9, especially those seeking adventure classics and the Fleurville series.
