«Libres e vivas» is a collection of short stories by ten Galician women writers, published by Editorial Galaxia in paperback (196 pages, in Galician).
Ten stories by as many Galician women writers address machismo, patriarchal violence, freedom and equality. The authors assert that women do not want to be victims or slaves, but companions and equals in a just world. These are direct tales, conceived as a call to conscience and action.
Published in February 2021, it is number 423 in Editorial Galaxia's Literaria collection. First edition.
For readers of contemporary Galician fiction interested in a literary and assertive perspective on gender equality.
