L'illa del carrer dels Ocells es una novela de Uri Orlev que narra la historia de un niño judío que sobrevive solo en el gueto de Varsovia durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. La novela se situa en un contexto histórico real, el de la ocupación del gueto de Varsovia por los nazis, y está basada en las experiencias autobiográficas del autor, que vivió la destrucción del gueto, la muerte de su madre y la posterior deportación.
