«L'instant» is a volume of ten contemporary fiction prose pieces by Albert Mestres, published by Cossetània Edicions in paperback (64 pages, in Catalan).
Ten brief, fleeting prose pieces by an author who has cultivated poetry, theater and essay. Accidents, kidnappings, murders, fires, extortions and unbridled sexuality concentrate in moments of enormous tension; language expands, intertwines, breaks and sometimes collides, demanding attentive reading to retain its aroma.
The work belongs to the series «La Gent del Llamp (Vària)», of which it is number 76, and was published in October 2015.
Intended for the general public and for readers of contemporary fiction in Catalan seeking brief texts of great intensity.
