«Locas y perversas: Voces bolleras» is the short story anthology by Yolanda Arroyo Pizarro and fifteen other authors, published by Egales in paperback.
It brings together sixteen stories by queer women authors from various Hispanic countries, with voices from three generations. The stories alternate humor, tenderness and unexpected twists to narrate lesbian lives and desires far from tragic stereotypes. A vindication of these writers against silence in Spanish-language literature.
The publication date is June 22, 2020 and the book is part of Egales' Narrativa collection.
It is of interest to readers of queer fiction and to those who want to discover current voices in Spanish-language lesbian literature.
