The surprising adventures of L'Ocell de Foc, a young man whose identity has remained rigorously hidden to the point that he himself is unaware of it, will take us back in time to the childhood of Jaume I and the crusade against the Cathars, through castles, roads and monasteries..., in the company of minstrels and troubadours, ladies and knights, highwaymen and sorcerers..., between the soft perfume of courtly love and the stench of the plague. Adventure to a minstrel in the time of the childhood of Jaume I and the crusade against the Cathars.
Emili Teixidor i Viladecàs was a Catalan writer, journalist and pedagogue. He wrote over thirty novels, mainly for children and teenagers, but he is perhaps best known for his acclaimed adult novel, Black Bread, which inspired a film of the same name.
