«Lori, Bilori» is the children's novel by Marisa López Soria, published by Editorial Casals in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
After moving, seven-year-old Pilar starts at a new school she didn't choose. Over time she makes friends and has adventures: the gang, the circus, the Archaeological Museum, a trip to the countryside and the class representative election. Told in the first person, the book shows her attempt to adapt to a contradictory and fast-paced adult world.
Number 72 in the Punto Juvenil collection, with illustrations by Carmen Queralt. Recommended reading from age 9.
For boys and girls aged 9 and up who are starting to read novels, especially if they are going through a school change.
