«Los Machafatos» is a children's book by Consuelo Armijo, published by Edelvives in paperback (48 pages, in Spanish).
Machafatos love to walk and never get tired: they can beat a train and take all the medals in a race. They are absurd creatures, with horse bodies, bat wings, or bird necks, and can even turn into a train. An absurd bestiary that invites creating and interpreting imaginative situations.
«Los Machafatos» belongs to the Ala Delta Roja collection (number 6) and includes illustrations by Francisco Meléndez.
Aimed at children aged 5 to 8, with an absurd story that stimulates the imagination.
