«Los muchachos de Jo» is the novel by Louisa May Alcott, published in 1982 by Susaeta in hardcover (124 pages, in Spanish).
Continuation and conclusion of «Hombrecitos»: the pupils that Jo Bhaer, formerly Jo March, and her husband Fritz educated at Plumfield school have now grown up. The novel follows their first loves, their projects and their mistakes, and portrays with tenderness, and also with a certain bitterness, the moment when each one seeks their place in the world.
Third installment of the «Mujercitas» series. This 1982 edition, with illustrations by J. L. Fernán, belongs to the Saeta Collection (no. 81) of Susaeta.
For young readers and for those who want to complete the «Mujercitas» trilogy.

Louisa May Alcott was an American novelist, short story writer, and poet best known for writing the novel Little Women (1868) and its sequels Good Wives (1869), Little Men (1871), and Jo's Boys (1886). Raised in New England by her transcendentalist parents, Abigail May and Amos Bronson Alcott, she grew up among many well-known intellectuals of the day, including Margaret Fuller, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Nathaniel Hawthorne, and Henry David Thoreau. Encouraged by her family, Alcott began writing from an early age.
