«Los secretos de Iholdi» is the children's story collection by Mariasun Landa, published by Ediciones SM in paperback (88 pages, in Spanish).
Iholdi is an ordinary girl, yet she experiences extraordinary events: a hidden gun in a shed, a suspicious babysitter, and a neighbor with a treasure. She tells her adventures to her grandmother, who is in heaven and still gives her advice. These are stories that show the importance of fending for oneself in the face of difficulties.
Part of the «El Barco de Vapor Naranja» collection (number 194) from Ediciones SM. Recommended reading age: 8 to 12 years.
Aimed at children aged 8 to 12, it also serves as school reading to address autonomy, family relationships, and loss.
