«Lume esmorecido» is a short story collection by Xavier Costa Clavell, published by Ir Indo Edicións in paperback (112 pages, in Galician).
«Lume esmorecido» brings together eleven stories that recreate the imaginary universe of Xavier Costa Clavell. In that world, human greatness and misery are driven by opposing forces: love turns into lovelessness, death surprises life, desire for what belongs to others provokes unthinkable reactions, and repression fuels revenge.
It was published in 1999 and is part of the Narrativa collection by Ir Indo Edicións, as its number 27.
For Galician readers and lovers of short stories with a human and existential undertone.
