«Madame: L’année du chat» is the humorous graphic novel by Nancy Peña, published by La Boîte à Bulles in paperback (76 pages, in French).
Madame is a curious little cat who lives with Nancy, an illustrator who works from home. Over the course of a year, she turns her owner's studio into a playground: she slips among ink pots, papers and design tools, interrupts working hours and gets up to all sorts of mischief. Nancy Peña portrays with humor and tenderness the daily coexistence with a pet and its antics.
First volume in the Madame series, published on November 18, 2015.
Aimed at readers aged 8 and up, especially those who enjoy cat stories and everyday humor.
Nancy Peña is a French bande dessinée (BD) comics author and children's literature illustrator.
