«Mal perder» is the poetry collection by Alfonso Gómez Aguirre, published in 2014 by Playa de Ákaba S.L. in paperback (158 pages, in Spanish).
The collection is conceived as a photo album and brings together a young voice that combines romanticism, cruelty and naivety. Its poems interweave memories, promises, images and curses in a tone that stings and captivates, with echoes of guilt, redemption, songs and verses, and a defense of the singular against the abstract.
It corresponds to volume 12 of a collection and includes a prologue by Carlos Zanón.
Fans of Spanish-language poetry and poetry collections with a personal, contemporary voice.
