«Maman ballon» is the children's picture book by Kimiko, published by L'Ecole des Loisirs in paperback (18 pages, in French).
The story follows Lilly, a little mouse whose mother is expecting a baby and has such a big belly that one day she floats up like a balloon; the firefighter monkeys must rescue her. When Lilly sees her father's belly, she fears he might also fly away, but he reassures her: he is a ball daddy, not a balloon daddy. The book combines vivid color paintings with thick black outlines.
Recommended for young children expecting a little brother or sister.
