Mammut is a novel by Eva Baltasar that closes a triptych about the life and desires of three women. The protagonist is a young woman who decides to leave the city to settle in an isolated house in the countryside. There, she faces solitude and her own instincts, experiencing a profound transformation. This is not just another novel about fleeing to the countryside, but a narrative that explores the sores of contemporary society.
