«Marabato» is the children's adventure novel by Consuelo Armijo, published by Ediciones SM in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
Marabato and his friends Rojo, Verde and Amarillo —and also his aunt— have a curious fondness for eating shoes. That obsession leads them to a succession of adventures in which the wind, a game and many encounters cross paths in an imaginative story.
The work belongs to the El Barco de Vapor Azul collection, number 119, and is illustrated by Marta Balaguer.
A suitable read for early chapter-book readers, aged 7 to 8, who enjoy wacky adventure stories.
