«Mi agenda y yo» is the personal development essay by Santiago Álvarez de Mon, published by Plataforma Editorial in paperback (184 pages, in Spanish).
The book starts from the question «who am I?» and proposes time as a mirror of the human being. The personal agenda reveals priorities: work, family, leisure, rest, culture and friendship compete for limited hours. Analyzing this distribution serves as a diagnosis and a path towards personal balance, from a consciously lived present.
First edition published in Barcelona on February 3, 2017 under the Plataforma Actual imprint.
For readers interested in time management and personal development; the foreword is by Dr. Valentín Fuster.
