«Mini va al colegio» is the children's novel by Christine Nöstlinger, published by Ediciones SM in paperback (78 pages, in Spanish).
Mini, a red-haired girl who is very tall for her age, fearfully faces her first day of school: she worries about what others will say about her. The story shows how her initial fears gradually fade as she discovers that reality is not as terrible as she imagined, in a tale about adaptation and overcoming fears.
First volume of the Mini series, in the El Barco de Vapor Azul collection. Translation by Carmen Bas López. Original work in German: «Mini muss in die Schule».
Recommended for early readers aged 7 to 9, especially for those facing the start of the school stage.
