«Miti, fiabe e leggende della Transilvania» is Claudio Mutti's collection of Transylvanian myths and legends, published by Newton Compton in paperback.
A collection of legends and folk tales from Transylvania in which historical figures such as Attila, Trajan, Dracula and Matthias Corvinus appear more tied to myth than to history. The traditions of Romanians, Hungarians and Saxons preserve very archaic motifs, from Eurasian shamanism to fragments of Germanic epic.
Italian-language work of 192 pages, published in 1996 in the Grandi tascabili economici series.
For readers interested in folklore, mythology and historical legends of Central-Eastern Europe.
