The book 'Current Pedagogical Models' aims to provide teachers of basic and secondary education, as well as students of teacher training courses and postgraduate courses in education, with relevant information about the authors who mark current pedagogical thinking. There was no intention to lead readers to take sides for one author or for a certain current pedagogical model to the detriment of another, and that is why each current pedagogical model is presented in a sequence that includes an introduction to the life and work of the pedagogues who conceived the model, a development of the theory and a final critical commentary. At the end of the book, a glossary is presented with the concepts, terms and authors related to the theme of the book.
