«Mon doudou divin» is the contemporary novel by Katarina Mazetti, published by Gaia in paperback (224 pages, in French).
Wera, a penniless journalist, signs up for a spiritual retreat to write a report. At La Béatitude she lives for three weeks with a budding guru, a "little mother" and four strangers in search of the sacred: a disbarred doctor, an Iranian Muslim, an invisible woman and Madeleine, always with her backpack.
Work translated from Swedish, originally published in 2007 as «Mitt himmelska kramdjur». The French edition appeared in March 2012.
For readers of contemporary fiction with an interest in spirituality and in groups of heterogeneous characters.
