«Nas de pallasso» is Miquel Desclot's children's poetry book, published by Kalandraka in hardcover (64 pages, in Catalan).
The book brings together 38 poems that explore the circus universe, from the big top to the ring, and include a recreation of Calder's circus. With nostalgia and humor, figures such as Tortell Poltrona or the clown Pepa appear, along with references to Picasso, Degas and Chagall. A glossary closes the book; Anna Font's illustrations are colorful and evocative.
First edition published in October 2022, in Kalandraka's Poesia collection. Includes 22 illustrations.
Suitable for children aged 6 and up, with an interest in poetry, the circus and art.
