«Neige» is the children's picture book by Olga Lecaye and Grégoire Solotareff, published by L'Ecole des Loisirs in hardcover (40 pages, in French).
In a winter landscape, a white wolf crosses a snowy forest and strikes up a friendship with another wolf; a relationship based on the difference between them. The story addresses abandonment and acceptance of the other, with illustrations in cold tones that recreate the snow and the contrast of the surroundings.
Originally published in 2000.
Recommended for children aged 3 to 5, especially for those starting out with picture books.
