«Nire lehenengo zenbakien liburua» is a children's number-learning book from Libsa, published by Ttarttalo in hardcover (28 pages, in Basque).
The book invites the youngest to discover the numbers from one to nine with striking illustrations: each figure appears in a colored box, accompanied by a child or drawn animals and insects. The proposal combines visual recognition of the figures with learning the first number words in Basque.
It belongs to the Hiztegiak collection. The Basque edition features a translation by Antxiñe Mendizabal Aranburu; first edition published in 1998.
Aimed at boys and girls in their early learning years, especially those starting out in Basque and number recognition.
