«No volem un contracte basura» is the young adult novel by Rafael Vallbona, published by Columna CAT in paperback (150 pages, in Catalan).
The protagonists of «Pis d'estudiants» share an apartment again ten years later. Adult life has brought them poorly paid jobs, soaring rents and so-called junk contracts; amid bills and disappointments, the novel contrasts their youthful dreams with a far less promising reality.
Continues the story of «Pis d'estudiants» and is part of the JOVE XXL collection, volume 14.
Aimed at young readers and those who enjoyed «Pis d'estudiants»; addresses job insecurity and leaving home.
