«Now We Are Six» is A. A. Milne's children's poetry collection, published by Heinemann Young Books in paperback (112 pages, in English).
Second book of verse by A. A. Milne about Christopher Robin, now a little older, and of course with Winnie-the-Pooh, who doesn't want to be forgotten. The work conveys the charm of the bear's imaginary world, with E. H. Shepard's color illustrations.
Fourth volume in the Winnie-the-Pooh series, originally published in 1927; this edition dates from 1992.
Recommended for children from about seven years old, for reading aloud to younger ones and also for adults.

Alan Alexander Milne was an English writer best known for his books about the teddy bear Winnie-the-Pooh, as well as children's poetry. Milne was primarily a playwright before the huge success of Winnie-the-Pooh overshadowed his previous work. He served as a lieutenant in the Royal Warwickshire Regiment in the First World War and as a captain in the Home Guard in the Second World War.
