«Num Beco Sem Saida», a suspense novel by Antonio Avelar de Pinho, Pedro de Freitas Branco and Eric Hill, in paperback.
The story follows Raquel, Baltas and Simão, three young people who decide to intervene when a blind man mistreats the chimpanzee that helps him beg. That act leads them to investigate a series of robberies that sow chaos in the country, apparently connected to the Circo Maravilhas and to a faceless criminal whom they must identify.
This book, the first installment in the Os Super 4 series, was originally published in 1997 as «Num Beco sem Saída»; this edition is from 2004.
Intended for readers of mystery and adventure, with a frenetic plot featuring young heroes.
