«O paxe non cala» is a children's story by António Torrado, published by Ir Indo in paperback (31 pages).
Continuation of Andersen's classic «El traje nuevo del emperador»: the boy who in the original tale dared to say the emperor was naked is summoned to court, where he keeps saying what he thinks. His truths end up displeasing the nobles, and the little one must return to his family, though the story does not end there.
Story illustrated by Manuela Bacelar. Part of the collection «Historias tradicionais contadas de novo».
For children and young readers, especially those who know Andersen's classic tale and want to find out what became of the boy who told the truth.
