«Obre bé els ulls, Marina...!» is the children's and young adult novel by Maria Àngels Juanmiquel, published by Barcanova in paperback (112 pages, in Catalan).
Marina seems distracted, but she is actually observant and curious, and enjoys contemplating nature like her grandfather Andreu. This allows her to discover small hidden beings among the trees and caves, and to befriend the goblin Renoi, who shows her the secrets of the fairies. A secret she cannot share even with her grandfather.
It belongs to the Sopa de Llibres collection, Verda series, with illustrations by Cristina Durán; the cover indicates it is the third edition.
Recommended for boys and girls aged 9 to 12, especially for early readers who enjoy stories about nature and fantastical beings.
