«Omertà» is Mario Puzo's mafia novel, published by Ediciones B in hardcover (350 pages, in Spanish).
Don Raymonde Aprile, a veteran of organized crime, decides to retire after keeping his three children away from his dark life. His retirement arouses the FBI's suspicions, which tries to break the omertà, the Sicilian code of honor that forbids informing. Omertà is Mario Puzo's posthumous work and closes the cycle he began with The Godfather.
This Spanish edition, translated by M.ª Antonia Menini, was published in 2000 within the La Trama collection.
It is recommended reading for those who enjoyed The Godfather and want to return to the mafia universe.

Mario Francis Puzo was an American author and screenwriter.
