«On the Farm» is an interactive lift-the-flap children's book by Nicola Baxter, published by Armadillo Books in hardcover (20 pages, in English).
Farmer Jim is looking for a mischievous piglet that has run away, and the reader must lift the flaps on each page to discover where it is hiding. The key words of the story are replaced by small pictures, so children can take part in the reading and recognize simple farm vocabulary while accompanying the farmer on his journey.
The illustrations are by Frank Endersby. The book was originally published in 2003; this English edition is from 2011.
Aimed at children aged 3 to 5 who are beginning to familiarize themselves with reading.
