«Ópera para niños: El elixir de amor» is the children's book by Giuliana Donati, published by Emse Edapp in hardcover (32 pages, in Spanish).
This children's volume introduces young readers to Donizetti's opera «El elixir de amor»: it narrates the story of the opera in an engaging way, with full-color illustrations, and includes a CD with a selection of arias and excerpts. It adds information about the work and its composer, as well as activities for learning through play.
The book, published in 2016, is part of the collection «Ópera para niños», which also includes volumes on other works of the classical repertoire.
Aimed at a children's audience, it serves as a first introduction to opera and classical music.
