«Orgía del silencio» is Antonio Enrique's poetry collection, published by Editorial Nazarí in paperback (81 pages, in Spanish).
Thirty historicist poems recreate the Alcázar of Madrid in 1656, while Velázquez paints Las Meninas. A duende that sees everything and roams the palace serves as narrator; the Infanta Margarita, the maids of honor María Agustina and Isabel, jesters and courtiers file past; the mirror at the back reflects the king and queen and draws the viewer into the scene.
Published in December 2025, it is part of Editorial Nazarí's Daraxa Collection and is written in Spanish.
An appropriate read for those who enjoy historicist poetry and Velázquez's painting.
