«Otra broma de Élmer» is the children's picture book by David McKee, published by Fondo de Cultura Económica in hardcover (28 pages, in Spanish).
Elmer, the elephant with the multicolored patchwork skin, is bored two days before the Elmer Day parade, when the other elephants paint themselves in bright colors. He, instead, always paints himself gray and is the only gray elephant in the parade, so he decides to go for a walk while thinking of a new prank to surprise his friends.
The original English edition, «Elmer Again», is from 1991; the Spanish edition is from 1994 and belongs to the A la orilla del viento collection.
Recommended for children ages 4 to 8, especially for those who already know the colorful elephant.
David John McKee, was a British writer and illustrator, chiefly of children's books and animations.
