«Paracuellos-Katyn» is a historical essay by César Vidal on the genocide of the left, published by Planeta DeAgostini in hardcover (420 pages).
César Vidal compares the massacres of Paracuellos (1936) and Katyn (1940) and argues that both responded to the same plan of extermination of dissidents driven by the USSR: in Spain, with the PCE acting in the Popular Front zone, and in Eastern Europe, with the NKVD as executor.
Published in 2007, it belongs to the «Biblioteca César Vidal» collection and includes illustrations, bibliography and index.
A work for readers of contemporary history interested in the Spanish Civil War and Stalinist repression in Europe.
César Vidal Manzanares is a Spanish historian, author, political commentator, and radio host.
