«Per 13 raons» is the young adult novel by Jay Asher, published by Estrella Polar in paperback (272 pages, in Catalan).
A box with seven cassette tapes arrives in Clay Jensen's hands. Hannah Baker, a classmate who took her own life weeks earlier, recorded tapes explaining the thirteen reasons for her decision: each side of a tape is dedicated to one person involved. Clay is one of those people, and listening to the tapes shows him that no gesture is insignificant.
Jay Asher's debut work, translated into more than ten languages and winner of the Protagonista Jove Award 2010.
