«Perdón» is a contemporary fiction novel by Ida Hegazi Hoyer, published by Nórdica Libros in paperback (240 pages, in Spanish).
A young woman meets a philosophy student whose discourse captivates her, and they form a couple that seems perfect. They live isolated in a small apartment, but soon feelings of unease arise: small unsettling signs suggest that nothing is what it seems. The novel explores the dark side of everyday life with dreamlike realism and black humor.
Published in the Letras Nórdicas collection by Nórdica Libros, translated from Norwegian by Cristina Gómez-Baggethun. Winner of the European Union Prize for Literature 2015.
