«Perro tiene sed» is the children's story by Satoshi Kitamura, published by Anaya Infantil y Juvenil in hardcover (14 pages, in Spanish).
The protagonist, a thirsty little dog, tries to quench his thirst: the fountain is too high, the pond too low, and the water from a spilled bottle is dirty; in the end, a good rain solves his problem.
It is part of the «Mi primera sopa de libros» collection and its original title is Dog Is Thirsty (1996).
Aimed at early readers aged 3 to 6, with a simple animal story and a comforting ending.
