«Pipeto, el monito rosado» is the children's story by Carlo Collodi, published by Círculo de Lectores in paperback, in Spanish.
The tale takes place in the Vattel forest, where a family of seven monkeys—father, mother, and five offspring—lives in the branches of a giant tree. Every year they pay fifteen plums in rent to an old bossy gorilla who insists on being the landlord. Among them is Pipeto, the little pink monkey, and his adventures make up this children's story.
El Barco de Vapor collection. Translation by Manuel Barbadillo and illustrations by Alonso Ruano. Original title: Pipì, lo scimmiottino color di rosa.
